One of my favorite Garmin watches is the Fenix 7, an improved version that uses a particularly durable sapphire crystal instead of the old plain Gorilla Glass covering the dial and uses solar charging to keep the battery charged. As an added bonus, it also has more internal storage than the regular Fenix 7, so it has more room for maps, apps, and music.

So why the sudden drop in prices? Well, it could have something to do with the Garmin Fenix 7 Pro, images of which were recently leaked via a German tech site. It’s hard to tell at this point, but based on the images, the main difference between the current watch and the Pro seems to be the new array of heart rate sensors.
The Pro will likely cost the same or more than the standard Fenix 7 at launch, so if you’re willing to stick with your existing sensor (it’s still one of the best), you can save a ton of money by opting for this deal instead .
