Louis Vuitton has just released its new season of jewelry, “LV Diamonds,” designed by the brand’s jewelry artistic director Francesca Amfitheatrof. The highlight is the exclusive and recognizable Louis Vuitton Monogram star-cut diamond in the main stone. Inspired by the brand’s 1896 Monogram four-pointed star pattern, it shines brightly to highlight the classic symbol.
“LV Monogram” star cut is the unique diamond cut shape of Louis Vuitton. Each diamond has 53 facets and 4 sharp corners are like shining stars, creating a brilliant fire color. The cut is inspired by Louis Vuitton’s signature Monogram pattern, designed by Georges Vuitton, the son of the brand’s founder, which first appeared on Louis Vuitton luggage.
The LV Monogram Star Cut Diamond collection offers optional rings, necklaces and studs — the highlight is a double-loop platinum ring with a V-shaped ring holding a 1ct star cut main diamond and a four-pointed star floating on the tip of your finger. Ring wall adopts three-dimensional structure, different planes are embellish bright cut diamond stone, show excellent visual tension.
The “Damier” ring and the “V” ring are also available in a simple style suitable for individual or overlapping wear — the “Damier” is interlaced with diamonds on two rims, recreating Louis Vuitton’s 1888 classic checkerboard pattern; “V” series naturally extends the brand’s initial letter V into a ring wall, whose surface is polished by a mirror to create a shining gold shadow.
